My name is Michael Marino. I am currently in the process of building a house on a lake in Hinsdale (MA), with Turn-Key Modular Homes.
Before I walked into Turn-Key's office I had a very bad experience with another modular home dealer, so my guard was up when I met Ralph Gleason.
Ralph is a very knowledgeable person who knows about all the different phases of the building process. He patiently walked me through everything, step by step. He has been a very nice person to deal with and still is to this day.
When Ralph and I needed to set up a meeting it would always be around my schedule. He has met with me on his day off and even on Sundays on several occasions. He has been very honest and straight with me.
I recently met with Mike Conboy of Turn-Key who will oversee the rest of the building process from here on. He is also a nice person to deal with and has a lot of experience in the field. He returns all my phone calls promptly as does Ralph.
Building a house is a very big and expensive job, I am not done with my house yet but I feel very good about having Turn-Key Modular Homes doing the work for me.
Everyone I have had to deal with at Turn-Key has been very nice and helpfull.
